We are supporting a children’s residential care provider with several exciting vacancies across London, Lancaster, Doncaster, Bristol and Carlisle. These roles offer strong salaries, clear bonus structures, supportive on-call arrangements and excellent progression opportunities. Homes range from solo-bed to multi-bed services, including new openings and established Ofsted-rated settings.

Home Types
All homes support children with EBD needs, with a mix of solo placements, mixed-gender homes, and multi-bed services.
Requirements
About You
Essential
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager or Home Manager within children’s residential care
- Proven ability to lead a staff team, manage performance, and maintain a positive culture
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, Children’s Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards
- Experience supporting children with EBD needs (solo or multi-bed homes)
- Skilled in developing care plans, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high-quality documentation
- Comfortable with on-call responsibilities (varies by role)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with external agencies, families, and professionals

Qualifications Required
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – essential
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare – essential or willingness to work towards
- Up-to-date safeguarding training
- Full UK driving licence (required for most roles)
