Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record of turning around children's residential services and driving positive Ofsted outcomes?
We're looking for an exceptional leader to take on a fixed-term contract to lead the turnaround and relaunch of a specialist children's residential service in Lincolnshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on rebuilding services, creating high-performing teams and embedding a culture of excellence. The service comprises 10 individual self-contained apartments, supporting children and young people with complex needs in a highly personalised environment.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Manager who enjoys taking on challenging projects and leaving a lasting legacy.
You will be responsible for rebuilding the service, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening operational performance and preparing the home to achieve positive Ofsted outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the operational turnaround of the service.
- Building, developing and inspiring a high-performing team.
- Embedding a positive, child-centred culture focused on quality and outcomes.
- Ensuring full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
- Driving continuous improvement and preparing the service for Ofsted inspection.
- Creating safe, nurturing environments where children and young people can thrive.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to establish a successful, sustainable service.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care.
- A strong track record of improving or turning around services, including achieving positive Ofsted outcomes.
- Extensive knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and safeguarding.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent), or working towards.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills.
- Resilience, determination and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel within Lincolnshire when required.
