You'll lead by example, providing stability, guidance and encouragement while making sure the home is a place where children feel secure, respected and able to reach their potential.

What You'll Bring To The Team As Registered Manager
- Extensive experience in residential childcare
- Previous experience managing and supervising staff
- Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
You Will Receive
- Salary of GBP 51,731 to GBP 59,606 with bonus potential up to GBP 18,000
- Relocation support of up to GBP 5,000
- 26 days' annual leave, rising to 28 days after 4 years, plus birthday, wellbeing, volunteering and festive leave
- Service awards at 2, 5 and 10 years
