Delphi Care Solutions is delighted to be partnering with a growing children's care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a brand-new 2-bed EBD home in North West London.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead every aspect of the home's journey from registration through to a successful and thriving service. This includes:
- Securing Ofsted registration
- Recruiting and developing a high-quality staff team
- Creating a safe, nurturing and structured environment for young people
- Building relationships with local authorities and commissioners
- Driving occupancy
- Ensuring outstanding safeguarding standards
- Managing budgets, staffing and overall performance
- Leading the home towards a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating

Who we're Looking For
You may already be a Registered Manager looking for a fresh challenge.
Or you could be an experienced Deputy Manager who knows they're ready for their first registration.
Either way, you'll need:
- Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or be close to completion)
- Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
- Experience supporting young people with EBD
- A proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Excellent safeguarding knowledge
- Ambition, resilience and a genuine passion for achieving positive outcomes
