WE’RE HIRING – REGISTERED MANAGER
Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire
Up to £51,870 + On-Call Allowance
Full-Time | Permanent | 37 Hours
I’m recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new Ofsted-regulated Children’s Residential Home specialising in emergency and crisis placements.
We’re looking for someone with strong children’s residential experience, particularly supporting young people with:
- Child Criminal Exploitation
- Child Sexual Exploitation
- Complex trauma and emotional or behavioural difficulties
- High-risk behaviours and safeguarding concerns
- Missing-from-home episodes
- Trauma-informed and therapeutic care

You’ll need a strong understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding, and Children’s Homes Regulations.
An experienced Deputy Manager who is ready to step up into their first Registered Manager position will also be considered.
