CJP Outreach Services - Registered Manager Opportunity
CJP Outreach Services are a care and support provider that is growing rapidly and a robust organisation that delivers outreach and supported living care for people with complex care and support requirements. We ensure that the person we care for is at the centre of everything we do, and we ensure our colleagues are well supported, appreciated and invested in.
We are excited to be developing a new service in Somerset, based in Taunton, and are seeking an experienced and driven CQC Registered Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the development and management of our Somerset services.
About the Role
This is a brand new post and provides a unique opportunity for the right candidate to play a key role in establishing and developing our new Somerset service, whilst providing oversight and leadership to packages and services that currently fall within the Somerset area.

- Work closely with our Commissioning Team to support the continued growth of our services across Somerset.
- Support the development, mobilisation and integration of new packages, ensuring that new referrals are assessed appropriately and that the right staffing, training, systems and support are in place to provide a safe and effective service from the outset.
- Motivate and develop the staff team to deliver the highest quality care and support, promoting Positive Behaviour Support and empowering People We Support to live meaningful and fulfilled lives.
- Oversee the recruitment, induction, training, supervision and performance management of staff members, provide leadership and guidance around complex needs, and maintain strong and professional relationships with commissioners, social services, health professionals, families and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with the wider CJP Outreach Services management team, including our Commissioning Team to ensure that our Somerset services have strong governance systems and that new and existing packages are delivered to the highest standard.

Required Skills and Experience
- Registered Manager with dynamic, forward-thinking, supportive and exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Extensive experience of supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs, including behaviours that may challenge.
- Strong understanding of CQC requirements and responsibility for ensuring that the service operates to the highest standards of care, quality, compliance and governance.
