Description

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead services for our client - a well established national provider. The role is just outside Edinburgh City Centre. As a Registered Manager, you’ll oversee high‑quality support for adults with learning disabilities and autism, ensuring safe, personalised and empowering care.

About The Role – Registered Manager

  • Lead and develop a team of Support Workers and Team Leaders
  • Oversee care delivery for individuals with varied and complex needs
  • Maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement
  • Build positive relationships with families, staff and external partners
  • Ensure services run safely, effectively and in line with regulations

Requirements

What We’re Looking For – Registered Manager

  • SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (Level 4 desirable or working towards)
  • Strong operational and people‑management experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident leader with a passion for high‑quality care
