Description
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead services for our client - a well established national provider. The role is just outside Edinburgh City Centre. As a Registered Manager, you’ll oversee high‑quality support for adults with learning disabilities and autism, ensuring safe, personalised and empowering care.
About The Role – Registered Manager
- Lead and develop a team of Support Workers and Team Leaders
- Oversee care delivery for individuals with varied and complex needs
- Maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement
- Build positive relationships with families, staff and external partners
- Ensure services run safely, effectively and in line with regulations

Requirements
What We’re Looking For – Registered Manager
- SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (Level 4 desirable or working towards)
- Strong operational and people‑management experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident leader with a passion for high‑quality care
