Registered Manager | Children's Residential Home | Kingston upon Thames
Are you an experienced Registered Manager or Children's Home Deputy Manager looking for your next opportunity with an established provider that genuinely invests in its homes and leadership teams?
We are currently recruiting for a Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a Good Ofsted-rated, 2-bed children's residential home in Kingston upon Thames.
This is an active and engaging home where the young people are encouraged to get involved in a wide range of activities, build positive relationships and develop their independence.
The Role
- Salary up to £60,000 + bonus
- 2-bed children's residential home

We're Looking For
The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children's social care legislation
- Experience managing and developing a residential childcare team
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk management, care planning and compliance
- A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
- Experience working with children and young people with EBD, SEMH or complex needs
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
- Experience with recruitment, supervision, training and staff development
- A relevant Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or willingness to work towards this
