Registered Manager Nursing Home
Location: Manchester
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We're recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider seeking a passionate and driven leader to oversee the day-to-day management of their nursing home. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation that is committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care while investing in its people.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and compliance of the home. You will inspire and develop your team, maintain high clinical and operational standards, and ensure residents receive outstanding care in a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership to the home, creating a positive and supportive culture.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all statutory requirements.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care that exceeds expectations.
- Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team.
- Manage budgets, occupancy and overall home performance.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent quality standards.
About You
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home.
- Ideally NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and occupancy.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional care and achieving outstanding outcomes.
