Domiciliary Care Registered Manager
Location: Enfield, N13
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Domiciliary Care Registered Manager to lead and develop a growing care service in Enfield. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care while maintaining high standards of CQC compliance. This opportunity may suit an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to progress.
Key Requirements
- Previous management experience within a domiciliary care service
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act
- Experience managing care staff and overseeing community-based care delivery
- Good understanding of safeguarding, medication management, risk assessments and person-centred care planning
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or currently working towards it
- Experience managing complaints, incidents and staff performance
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to participate in a shared out-of-hours on-call rota
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK
