Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Bonus | Potential to Earn £80,000+ | Brand-New 3-Bed Home | EBD & LD | Immediate Start
Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings?
Leaders In Care are working with a provider who are preparing to open their second children's home in Crewe. The home is a fully refurbished, high-quality 3-bed service supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD) and is ready to begin the registration process.
The missing piece is an experienced and capable Registered Manager who can take ownership of the service, lead the registration process and establish a high-performing home from day one.
About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will have genuine autonomy and responsibility for the successful development and operation of the home. You will be supported by an established provider but will have the opportunity to shape the culture, team and quality of care from the outset.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
