Heart2Heart Care Ltd is a growing domiciliary care provider based in Crawley, West Sussex. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to join us as we develop and grow our care services.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would enjoy being part of a new and developing care business, with the opportunity to make a real difference from the beginning.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have responsibility for the effective management and quality of our regulated care services, ensuring that people receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
You will work closely with the directors and care team to develop strong systems, support staff and ensure the service remains compliant with CQC requirements.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a Registered Manager or senior management role within adult social care
- Has a good understanding of CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act
- Can demonstrate strong leadership and people-management skills
- Understands safeguarding, care planning, risk management and quality assurance
- Is confident working independently and making sound decisions
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Has, or is willing to work towards, the relevant management qualification required for the role
