£40,000 - £45,000 per year
Full-time | Fixed-term, 12 months (maternity cover)
Brighton, Hove & Worthing
75 Clients, 40 CareGivers, 750 hours of care
Start Date: 1 December 2026, or earlier by agreement
Applications close: Friday 9 October 2026

Kingsway Care is an established, award-winning independent homecare provider supporting adults across Brighton, Hove, and Worthing to live safely, independently, and well in their own homes.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join our leadership team and provide strong operational and regulatory leadership during a period of planned maternity leave.

Today, our service supports 75 clients through a team of 40 CareGivers, delivering around 750 hours of care each week across Brighton, Hove, and Worthing.

You will work closely with Vicky, our Managing Director, reporting directly to her, and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service while continuing to develop our people, quality, and homecare provision.

Kingsway Care is continuing to develop and grow, and for the right person, there may be opportunities to continue their journey with us beyond the initial 12-month contract as the organisation expands.

About Kingsway Care

Kingsway Care is an independent domiciliary care provider supporting adults across Brighton, Hove, and Worthing, including people living with dementia and individuals with complex and changing care needs.

We believe high-quality care is about knowing the individual, building trust, and providing care with dignity, consistency, and genuine compassion, not simply completing a list of tasks.

We've built our culture around kindness, professionalism, honesty, accountability, teamwork, and respect. People are encouraged to speak openly, raise concerns, and work together to solve problems, and we're proud of the sense of community and loyalty within our team.

For us, good leadership means being visible, approachable, and consistent, creating an environment where people feel supported while being clear about expectations and accountability.

The successful Interim Registered Manager will help maintain that culture during this period, bringing their own experience and ideas while building on the foundations already in place.

About the Role

As Interim Registered Manager, you will provide effective leadership across the service, ensuring that care is safe, responsive, person-centred, and consistently delivered to a high standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
