Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to lead our growing supported living services across the East Midlands. With seven established services currently operating across Leicester, Burton upon Trent and Staffordshire, this is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a diverse portfolio that supports adults to live independently within their own homes and communities.
Our services support people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and mobility-related support requirements. As Registered Manager, you will provide leadership across all locations, working closely with a Deputy Manager and Senior Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
This is a particularly exciting time to join us as we continue to grow and develop the region. We are currently progressing a split of our CQC registration and are invested in strengthening our management structure to support future expansion. While there is an existing office base in Leicester, we are open to establishing a more permanent base location that works for the successful candidate.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, shape the future of the service, and play a key role in driving growth, quality, and positive outcomes for the people we support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
