Position: Registered Manager
Location: Aiskew, North Yorkshire
Salary: £65,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full time

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:
- Lead the overall running of the nursing home, ensuring safe, effective, person-centred care delivery.
- Ensure full CQC compliance, managing audits, inspections, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, supervise, and develop staff, driving performance, accountability, and team development.
- Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and resources to ensure financial and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement, implementing action plans and improving quality standards and resident outcomes.

Requirements as a Registered Manager:
- Proven experience managing a nursing home, with a strong track record of operational leadership and compliance.
- Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN (preferred but not essential).
