Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care
Location: Near Canterbury, Kent Salary: Up to £45,000 + Commission Scheme + Excellent Benefits

An established domiciliary care provider is looking for an ambitious Registered Manager to lead one of its Kent services.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established service, ensuring outstanding care is delivered whilst growing the business through new care packages, strong community relationships and effective leadership. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care and developing successful teams, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day operation of a domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, person-centred care is delivered to every client.
- Grow the service by developing relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals and private clients, increasing care hours and expanding the business.
- Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing care team, creating a positive culture and delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain full CQC compliance through effective leadership, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Manage operational performance, staffing and budgets to ensure outstanding care and commercial success.

About You
You'll have:
- Previous management experience ideally within domiciliary care.
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Experience of growing a domiciliary care service or increasing care hours.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A Full UK Driving Licence.
