Registered Care Home Manager - Stockport

£45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

Good managers don't leave jobs. They leave poor support, poor leadership and a lack of opportunity.

If you're an experienced Registered Manager looking for a fresh start, or a Deputy Manager who's ready for the next step, this could be exactly what you've been waiting for.

Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an established care provider looking for a Registered Care Home Manager to lead one of their residential services in Stockport.

This is a chance to join a provider that understands the value of good leadership and gives its managers the trust and support needed to do their job properly.

We're looking for someone who knows what good care looks like, takes pride in running a service the right way and enjoys getting the best out of people.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, leading the team, maintaining compliance and creating a positive environment for residents and staff alike.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
