Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The environment is genuinely high-trust and high-autonomy. The operator empowers its Registered Managers to lead their homes their own way, with meaningful group support sitting behind them rather than layered above them.

Candidate

We are seeking a confident, calm and diplomatic Registered Nurse leader who is comfortable leading from the front and building trust quickly across a mixed clinical and care team.

You will bring credible clinical governance experience, particularly around pressure area care, falls prevention, end-of-life care, safeguarding and CQC notifications. Equally, you will be commercially aware and comfortable with occupancy growth, self-funder markets, workforce planning and cost-effective rota management.

Experience within a value driven, hands-on, growth oriented care environment would be highly advantageous, as would exposure to leading a home through a period of change. Above all, the successful candidate will be motivated by purpose, by the pace and warmth of a value driven operator, and by the visible personal impact of running a home well.
