Registered Manager – Established Children’s Home
Reading, Berkshire
Salary up to £70,000 + Bonus

We’re recruiting a Registered Manager to lead an established children’s home in Reading, a stable, well‑structured service with a committed team, strong routines, and a clear therapeutic ethos already in place.
This is an opportunity for a leader who excels at developing people, enhancing culture, and driving continuous improvement within a home that is ready for its next phase of growth.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the home’s leadership, compliance, safeguarding, and strategic direction. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders who are committed to high‑quality practice and who provide strong operational and clinical support.

You will:
- Lead an existing home with established systems and staff
- Strengthen team performance, culture, and consistency
- Embed trauma‑informed, child‑centred practice
- Drive quality and governance toward Good and Outstanding outcomes
- Influence service development and long‑term improvement
Who We’re Looking For
You may be an experienced Registered Manager, or a standout Deputy Manager ready to step into your first registration. What matters most is leadership presence, ambition, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
