Registered Manager
Location: Northern Ireland
Salary: Competitive + performance incentives

Lead an innovative service to serve your Community
As a Registered Manager for the Nursing Agency, you will lead a team to ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and the operational success of your region. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning capabilities, and a deep understanding of the care sector.
You will work closely with internal teams, commissioners, and external stakeholders to ensure care packages are launched, managed, and continuously improved. You will also maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure that service delivery meets company expectations.
The Role
This is far more than a traditional Registered Manager position, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-quality, patient-centred service. You will have full operational oversight of the service, ensuring it is clinically safe, compliant, efficient, and positioned for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Operational Ownership
- Oversee the end-to-end patient journey
- Design and optimise operational pathways for assessment, diagnosis and treatment
- Drive service performance, quality standards and patient satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement and innovation

Clinical Governance
- Ensures adherence to all legal requirements, DHSSPS minimum standards and other standards set by professional bodies and standard setting organisation
- Work closely with clinicians to ensure robust diagnostic pathways
- Ensure safe and effective prescribing pathways are in place
- Monitor clinical outcomes and governance standards
- Escalate and manage risk appropriately
- Maintain registration with NMC and adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct.
Team Leadership
- Lead, support and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, compassion and excellence
- Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
- Full budget and staff management responsibility
Strategic Development
- Shape the future direction of the service
- Contribute to service expansion and new initiatives
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to deliver growth
- Undertake update training to ensure he or she has the necessary knowledge and skills
About You
We are looking for someone who combines strong operational leadership with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional neurodevelopmental care.

Essential
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a regulated healthcare setting
- Holds a current NMC registration and have 5 years post qualification experience
- Strong understanding of RQIA regulations and registration processes
- Experience managing clinical governance frameworks
- Proven ability to lead regulated healthcare services
- Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
- Experience working with multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Experience of managing teams
Highly Desirable
- Knowledge of prescribing pathways and clinical assessment models
- Experience launching or scaling new healthcare services
