At Liaise, we are inspired by our values of Positive, Progressive, and Personal support. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager who shares our vision of ensuring every person we support leads a happy, purposeful and fulfilling life.
You will be joining our residential service supporting nine adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism, leading a dedicated team to provide outstanding, person-centred support. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and dynamic leader who is passionate about empowering people, developing teams and creating a positive environment where both the people we support and colleagues can thrive.
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the effective day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and quality are consistently delivered. You will lead, motivate and support your team while building strong relationships with the people we support, their families, professionals and external partners.
You will also work closely with regulatory bodies, including the CQC, ensuring the service remains compliant with legislation, regulations and best practice standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support within the service.
- Lead, manage and develop the staff team, promoting a positive and supportive working culture.
- Ensure effective support planning, risk assessments and reviews are completed and maintained.
- Complete and oversee relevant reports, assessments and documentation for professionals and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the people we support, their families and external agencies to promote positive outcomes.
- Ensure the effective implementation of policies, procedures and quality assurance processes.
- Manage service budgets effectively, ensuring resources are used appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and written records.
- Monitor and continuously improve the quality of care provided within the service.

About You
We are looking for a confident and compassionate leader who is committed to making a positive impact.
You will have:
- A clear enhanced DBS record.
- Previous experience working with Social Services, Local Authorities and external professionals.
- A recognised Health and Social Care qualification, management qualification within the care sector, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements, regulations and current legislation.
- Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- A proactive approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar Registered Manager or senior management role.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
