Registered Manager (Complex Care) – Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey & Essex

We are recruiting a [Registered Manager] with an active valid NMC PIN.

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across a complex care provision network, encompassing Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, and Essex. Your key duties will include:

  • Ensuring consistent compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and all company processes and policies
  • Maintaining high-quality, safe care delivery across regions
  • Demonstrating strong leadership to drive operational excellence

Requirements – About You

  • Quilifications:
    • Current role or prior experience as a Registered Manager with a proven track record in operational and organisational leadership
    • Expertise in clinical governance, CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality assurance
    • Registered Nurse status with a valid, unrestricted NMC PIN

  • Experience:

    • Strong background in community-based care, preferably specialising in complex care (e.g., post-spinal or brain injury rehabilitation, PEG feeding, tracheostomy management, ventilator support)
    • Proven hands-on clinical oversight in high-risk care environments
  • Compliance & Practicalities:

    • Right to work in the UK
    • Valid UK driving licence (essential for regional travel)
    • Trained and willing to meet professional induction safeguarding requirements
