Registered Manager
Location: SG12 Area
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Bonus: Quarterly discretionary bonus scheme
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our care home service in the SG12 area. We are looking to appoint the right candidate quickly to ensure a smooth transition and continued high standards of care. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished care home leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, supporting staff development, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Manager or Care Home Manager within a care home setting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, occupancy, staffing, and quality standards.

Desirable
- Experience within a nursing home environment.
- Nursing qualification/background, although this is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and management of the home.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and prepare for inspections.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team.
- Manage occupancy levels and support business performance.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
