Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the 44-bed dementia specialist service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.

Provide strong leadership and support to your team, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.

Engage effectively with external stakeholders, including families, health professionals, and community organisations.

Drive continuous improvement in service quality and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting.

Proven track record of successful CQC registration.
-
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
