Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established private domiciliary care provider in New Milton. With over 25 years of success, the company has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality, relationship-led care to clients.
What's On Offer
- £40,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
- Earn up to £10,000 in annual bonuses (paid against monthly targets).
- 33 days annual leave.
- Support from an experienced leadership and office team, including a line manager who has been with the company for over 10 years.
Registered Manager Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of a CQC registered domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, person-centred and high quality care.
- Recruit, mentor and develop the office and care team, creating a positive culture where people feel valued and supported.
- Maintain excellent CQC compliance, governance, quality assurance and care planning standards.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with private clients, their families and healthcare professionals, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Develop relationships within the local community, healthcare sector and professional networks to generate private client enquiries and referrals.
- Drive the sustainable growth of the branch by increasing private-pay business while maintaining the company's excellent reputation.

Registered Manager Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care is essential.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and quality assurance.
- Must hold NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
- Commercially minded with a proven track record of developing private-pay domiciliary care services and generating new business opportunities.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
