Position: Registered Manager Supported Accommodation
Location: Birmingham & Plymouth
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time
Career Makers are partnering with a highly regarded care provider who are seeking an experienced and motivated Ofsted Registered Manager to lead and oversee their Supported Accommodation services for young people aged 16 - 17 across Birmingham and Plymouth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with experience successfully leading an Ofsted inspection and delivering high-quality, person-centred services. You will be responsible for regulatory compliance, safeguarding, team leadership, service improvement and achieving positive outcomes for young people.

Responsibilities as an Ofsted Registered Manager:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple services, ensuring Ofsted compliance, safeguarding and high-quality care.
- Lead and develop teams, overseeing recruitment, performance, audits and continuous service improvement.
- Build strong relationships with Ofsted, Local Authorities and external professionals, while managing resources and travelling between services.
Requirements as an Ofsted Registered Manager:
- Previous experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to register.
- Proven experience of successfully completing at least one Ofsted inspection within Children's Residential or Supported Accommodation.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, equivalent qualification, or currently working towards it.
- Willingness to travel regularly between Birmingham, Plymouth and surrounding areas.
