Registered Manager – Supported Living

Lead with purpose. Shape lives. Build something you’re proud of.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience

We’re an ambitious and values-driven organisation looking for a Registered Manager who’s ready to lead from the front and make a real difference. If you’re passionate about person-centred support, great leadership, and quality care that genuinely empowers people to live a gloriously ordinary life, we’d love to hear from you.

Why Moorview Care: Moorview Care is a family organisation at heart, made up of a kind and dedicated team, who support autistic people, people with a learning disability and people with mental health needs to live a Gloriously Ordinary Life.

Since 2000, we have supported people across 17 locations in the North of England. Strongly rooted in family values, we welcome the people we support as part of that family. We want to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, and pride ourselves in leading the way to a more inclusive future.

About the Role As our Registered Manager, you’ll have full operational responsibility for our Supported Living and community services across Hull, ensuring they’re safe, compliant, and - most importantly - exceptional. You’ll inspire and develop your team, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and make sure every person we support is treated with dignity, choice, and respect.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
