Role Overview
Job Title: Domiciliary Registered Manager Location: Bury St Edmunds office Opportunity: Join us as a Registered Manager—the driving force behind the growth and excellence of our in-home care service.
This is an exciting and impactful role for an experienced leader passionate about delivering outstanding domiciliary care.
Key Responsibilities
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Ensure the growth, quality, and development of our care services.
- Lead a team dedicated to providing the highest standard of domiciliary care.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Drive innovation in service delivery while maintaining commercial awareness.
- Oversee operational planning, compliance, and organisational flexibility to meet business demands.

Essential Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality domiciliary care services.
- Full Lead Manager or equivalent responsibility with a focus on team leadership.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (and Children & Young People’s Services) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting, high-functioning teams.
- Commercial insight and strategic mindset for service development.
- Organisational acumen with adaptable problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth.
Our Offer
- Competitive Salary: £35,000–£38,000 per annum
