Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Salisbury & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £37,000 per annum + 32p per mile mileage allowance + £10,000 bonus scheme
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Qualification Requirement: Ideally NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care; however, applications from experienced Registered Managers with NVQ Level 3 will also be considered where the candidate is actively progressing towards their NVQ Level 5.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service across Salisbury and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-supported, values-led provider and take responsibility for maintaining high standards, supporting your team, and ensuring consistent, high-quality care delivery.
As Registered Manager, you will have full accountability for the leadership, performance, and day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service. You will play a key role in ensuring the service continues to operate effectively, safely, and in line with Bloomfield Care’s high standards. This role offers autonomy, support from a strong senior leadership team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an established service.

Key Responsibilities

Service Leadership
- Lead the domiciliary care service across Salisbury and surrounding areas
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care

Regulatory & Quality Leadership
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, legislation, and best practice
- Maintain high standards of safe, effective, and well-led care

Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing care and office team
- Promote a positive, supportive, and values-led team culture

Client & Stakeholder Relationships
- Complete assessments, care planning, and reviews
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals

Operational Oversight
- Oversee rotas, on-call arrangements, audits, safeguarding, and quality assurance processes

Community Presence
- Act as the local face of Bloomfield Care in Salisbury
- Maintain strong professional and community relationships

What We’re Looking For
- Essential Experience: Proven experience already working as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Leadership: Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills
- Regulatory Knowledge: Confident, up-to-date understanding of CQC expectations and care legislation
- Values: Compassionate, professional, and committed to high-quality care
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
