To further their growth, this well established private domiciliary care agency seek a compliant and commercially astute Registered Manager to join their service to not only maintain the status quo but help the service grow.
Over the past 15 years they have been providing domiciliary care across St Albans and surrounding areas, including Borehamwood, Potters Bar, Bushee and Barnet. They currently provide over 3000 hours every month and are seeking to grow the service even further.
The Role
As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running and growth of the service. This includes:

- Safeguarding
- Recruitment and Management of staff
- Networking in the community to raise the profile and awareness of the service
- Ensuring compliance with CQC
- Reporting to the owners on a regular basis
- Presenting the services of the company to potential clients
The Person
The Registered Manager would be experienced in managing a domiciliary care service. You should have grown a service in the past whilst maintaining or improving their CQC rating

Ideally you should have or be working towards a NVQ level 5 in Care Management and also be someone who is commercially astute and able to spot opportunities
On offer
- A basic salary of between £37k and £45k
- A bonus of up to £3k
- On-call of up to £3.6k a year
- Cash back health scheme and additional benefits
