About The Role – Registered Manager
Lead and develop a team of Support Workers and Team Leaders
- Oversee care delivery for individuals with varied and complex needs
- Maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement
- Build positive relationships with families, staff, and external partners
- Ensure services run safely, effectively, and in line with regulations

What We’re Looking For – Registered Manager
- SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (Level 4 desirable or working towards)
- Strong operational and people-management experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident leader with a passion for high-quality care
