Company Description

Everna Care is a specialist care-staffing agency based in London, focused on supporting a select group of care homes across South West London. The organisation intentionally operates as a boutique provider, prioritising close, long-term relationships with both care homes and care professionals over rapid scale or app-driven, transactional staffing models. Everna Care directly employs (PAYE) and vets every care professional it places through a rigorous nine-point compliance process — right to work, enhanced DBS, references and core training — ensuring consistently high standards of safety, reliability and quality of care. That same emphasis on depth over volume shapes how Everna Care recruits for permanent leadership roles too: a proper, managed search rather than a job-board posting.

Role Description

The Registered Manager will take full day-to-day responsibility for one care home in South West London. This is a permanent role, directly employed by the home itself — Everna Care runs the search and vetting, but the Registered Manager reports into the home's own ownership/operations leadership from day one, not into Everna Care. The role carries responsibility for service quality, CQC compliance, staff supervision and resident wellbeing. Key tasks include:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
