Location: South East, London, Kent, Sussex
Salary: £50,000 (FTE)

Claimont Health is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse with extensive mental health experience to oversee and support our specialist care packages across London and the South East, including surrounding areas such as Kent and Sussex.
🔍 About the Role
You will:
- Oversee care packages in the community.
- Provide supervision and support to frontline staff.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and ensure high standards of care delivery.
- Work collaboratively with families, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in shifts within packages when required to set up and maintain continuity and quality.

🚗 Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Based in London/South East and willing to travel to the surrounding geographies as required.
- Proven experience in community-based settings with leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential).
- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in care delivery. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
