Full Time role of 37.5 hours per week
Priory Hospital Suttons Manor has an opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse with an NMC Registration to join our team.
Priory Hospital Suttons Manor, Stapleford Tawney, offers a wide range of support to people with complex mental health needs. Due to the rural location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.
What you'll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team that is committed to supporting people's wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future.
- Assessing, planning and delivering person-centred nursing care in partnership with patients and their families
- Monitoring and reviewing care plans and responding to changes in patients’ needs
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
- Prioritising and delegating nursing duties
- Acting as nurse in charge when required
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
- Building positive professional relationships
- Addressing concerns and complaints
- Supporting newly qualified staff through preceptorship
- Participating in clinical supervision and reflective practice
- Maintaining ongoing professional development

What you'll bring to the role
Essential for the role
- Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- 6-12 months post registration experience
- Active NMC Registration
- Completed preceptorship programme
