Registered Nurse (Days) – Hadley Lawns Care Home
Hadley Highstone, Barnet (EN5 4QE)
Salary: £21.40 – £23.64 per hour (depending on experience) Contract: 36-hour per week (3x 12-hour days) Additional Benefits:

About the Role

We’ll train you on digital care systems, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence while embracing innovation in healthcare. With 75+ years of experience, Bupa is committed to continuous training in clinical and social care, ensuring you’re equipped to make a real difference.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
- Coaching and mentoring the team, providing formal and informal training sessions.
- Conducting assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans.
- Monitoring care practices to ensure they meet high standards, policies, and legislation.
- Delivering best practice clinical guidance to the care team and supporting CQC compliance tasks.

You’ll help us make health happen by:
- Taking full accountability for residents’ well-being, ensuring their needs are met.
- Guiding care teams and sharing expertise in clinical best practices.
- Maintaining high standards of care while navigating day-to-day challenges.
- Building strong relationships with residents and their families.
- Ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality care within the home.
Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A valid NMC registration (pin number).
- Previous experience managing clinical units, administering medication, and reviewing care plans.
- Strong ability to offer clinical guidance to support staff and meet CQC regulatory requirements.
- Confidence in policy enforcement and adherence to care standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective handover and collaboration.
- Problem-solving skills to manage care independently in potential emergency situations.
