About the role
Advantage Angels is recruiting Registered Nurses (RGN) for flexible agency shifts across Bristol and the surrounding area. We work with a wide range of care homes, nursing homes and supported living services locally, and we're looking for experienced nurses who want the freedom to choose when and where they work — without being tied to a fixed rota.
Whether you're supplementing existing employment, returning to nursing after a break, or just want more control over your schedule, we have immediate shifts available now and ongoing opportunities with trusted care providers across Bristol, Yate, Bath, Kingswood, Filton, Thornbury and Portishead.

Your role
As a Registered Nurse with Advantage Angels, you'll deliver clinical, person-centred care across a range of healthcare settings. Day to day, that includes:
- Administering medication and overseeing clinical care plans
- Carrying out clinical assessments and monitoring resident health
- Leading and supporting Healthcare Assistants and the wider care team
- Liaising with GPs, families and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with NMC standards
- Helping create a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for residents
What you'll need
- Active NMC registration with no restrictions
- At least 6 months' paid UK nursing experience (care home, nursing home or hospital)
- A genuine passion for high-quality, person-centred clinical care
- The right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- A full clean UK driving licence, or the ability to travel to placement locations
- No previous convictions
