At Elis Surgical Solutions, we're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Nurse Advisor to support healthcare providers across the UK, helping them optimise patient care through innovative surgical solutions.
About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse Advisor, you'll be the clinical expert and trusted partner for our customers, providing specialist advice, training and support to ensure the effective implementation and use of our products.
Working closely with healthcare professionals and internal commercial teams, you'll play a key role in product trials, customer retention, service excellence and business growth.

What You'll Be Doing
Clinical Customer Support
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Elis Surgical Solutions products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular customer visits and support existing accounts.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and respond effectively to clinical queries.

Product Trials
- Coordinate and manage clinical product trials from start to finish.
- Attend pre-trial meetings and engage with key stakeholders.
- Organise stock requirements and logistics.
- Gather evaluations, feedback and outcome data.
- Produce detailed trial reports and recommendations.
Installations & Training
- Support product installations within operating theatre environments.
- Deliver product training and clinical education.
- Ensure customers are confident in the safe and effective use of products.
Business Development & Customer Retention
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce costs for customers.
- Provide clinical expertise to support the sales team.
- Conduct account review meetings and proactively resolve service issues.
- Recognise growth opportunities and potential risks within customer accounts.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with theatre/scrub experience (Band 5 or above), or
- Registered Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with scrub experience.
- Strong understanding of operating theatre procedures and clinical practice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
