About Our Role

Are you a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a casual role where your expertise is valued and your work-life balance is respected? We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Highfields, delivering truly patient-centred care across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.

In this position, you will be a key leader within the Residential Aged Care team, who meets the clinical and personal needs of residents, through the provision of preventative, palliative, and rehabilitative clinical care. The approach to care is holistic, taking into account the physical, social and spiritual needs of each resident.

We offer a competitive rate of pay: $44.78 - $51.76 per hour, depending on experience + superannuation & shift allowances.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering high quality, compassionate nursing care to our residents
  • Implementing care plans, monitoring health status, administering medications
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintaining clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, infection control standards
  • Adapting to different shift periods (morning / afternoon / evening), ensuring continuity of care across handovers

About You

  • Demonstrated clinical skills and recent experience working within a Residential Aged Care environment
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
