An Exciting Opportunity with the Nairn Integrated Health and Social Care Team
We are looking for a Band 5 Nurse to join our team for 34.50 hours per week. This is a seven-day service, and we are looking for someone to cover two shifts per week (3 x 11.5) (subject to change).
About the Role
This post is based in our 16 bedded ward providing care for a wide range of conditions including day cases. The ethos of the ward is to promote self-care, independence and timely discharge along with delivery of palliative and end of life care.
The ward works closely with the wider Primary health and Social Care Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within a busy, seven-day service.
- Promote self-care, independence, and timely discharge.
- Deliver palliative and end-of-life care.
- Work closely with the wider Primary Health and Social Care Team.
Requirements
- Team player and enjoys working in a busy environment.
- Qualification in Adult Nursing (degree or diploma level).
- Current registration on the Adult field of the NMC Register.
