Osprey Court Care Home
Osprey Court Care Home is a purpose-built 60-bed care home located in Pitcrocknie Village, adjacent to the town of Alyth in Perth and Kinross. Providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care, the home offers a modern, high-quality environment where team members can build strong relationships, develop their skills, and make a meaningful difference as part of a supportive and welcoming team.
Registered Nurse RGN or RMN Contract
- £21.50 per hour (Dayshift)
- £22.50 per hour (Nightshift)
- Full-time and part-time contracts available
- Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
Ongoing Training and Development
Ongoing training, clinical updates, and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead, and Management roles, within a well-led, professional environment where your skills are recognized and developed.

As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective, and person-centered practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice.
- Assess needs, develop, and review care plans
- Administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health
- Lead shifts, support, and guide the care team
- Make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs
- Ensure continuity and quality of care at all times
Working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to a well-organized, professional environment where dignity, independence, and wellbeing are always prioritized.
What We Are Looking For

- Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
- Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, however, we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment
