At Iden Manor Nursing Home, we're looking for a Registered Nurse who wants to do more than simply complete a shift.
We're a family-owned nursing home in Staplehurst, caring for people with a wide range of nursing needs, including dementia, complex care and end-of-life care. Our nurses are an important part of how we lead care, working closely with residents, families and the wider multidisciplinary team.
What you'll be doing
- Provide safe, thoughtful and individualised nursing care, assessing needs, planning care and evaluating outcomes while keeping the resident's choices, wishes and quality of life at the centre of decisions.
- Use and develop your clinical judgement, contribute to multidisciplinary decisions, support and mentor colleagues, and play an active part in clinical audit and improving the way we deliver care.
- Be part of a team, but also confident enough to think, question and take responsibility.

What we're looking for
- Current NMC registration
- At least one year's nursing experience
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Good record keeping and digital confidence
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families and professional colleagues
- Supportive approach to developing other members of the team
- Commitment to continuing your own professional development
Experience in care homes, dementia, complex nursing or end-of-life care would be valuable, although the right attitude and approach matter enormously to us.
