Registered Nurse (Bank)
Location: St Michael's Clinic, SY1 2HE & Donnington Medical Practice, TF2 8EA
Contract: Bank / Ad Hoc Shifts
Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Competitive hourly pay

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Bank team, supporting our Dermatology services across St Michael's Clinic and Donnington Medical Practice.
This is a flexible bank opportunity offering ad hoc shifts Monday to Saturday, ideal for nurses looking to supplement existing work commitments while gaining experience within a specialist outpatient setting.
How You'll Help Us Make Health Happen
As a Registered Nurse within our Dermatology service, you'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality patient-centred care to both NHS and private patients.
You Will
- Provide safe, effective and holistic nursing care within dermatology outpatient clinics and procedure lists.
- Support consultants and practitioners during minor surgical and dermatological procedures.
- Prepare patients for treatment and procedures.
- Undertake nurse-led clinics including wound reviews, dressing changes and suture removal following training and competency sign-off.
- Deliver excellent patient education, advice and aftercare support.
- Maintain accurate and contemporaneous patient records in line with NMC standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
- Support the delivery of safe clinical practice and infection prevention standards.

Essential
Key Skills / Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
- Minimum 2 years' post-registration nursing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong commitment to delivering high standards of patient care.
- Flexible approach to working across both clinic locations.
Desirable
- Previous experience within Dermatology.
- Experience of outpatient or minor procedures settings.
- Experience supporting surgical procedures.
- Access to a supportive and experienced clinical team
