Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will ensure that the highest standard of clinical care is delivered to residents at all times, within company policies and procedures and the NMC Code of Conduct, promoting each person’s privacy, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest standard of clinical care is delivered.
  • Monitor residents’ blood sugar levels, administer medication, give detailed handovers, and assist residents at the end of their life.
  • Work in a fantastic team, fully supported by the management team and other trained nurses.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate quality nursing care.
  • Enable residents to fully participate in decisions affecting their lives, embracing the philosophy of person-centred care.
  • Create a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere, putting residents' needs first.
  • Respect differences and recognize that staff and residents will have different needs.
