Registered Nurse : (Day Centre)
Hebburn
We are working on behalf of a valued client in Hebburn, seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight within a Day Centre setting.
This role is ideal for a nurse with experience supporting individuals with complex clinical needs in community or day service environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight within the Day Centre
- Ensure safe delivery of care in line with clinical policies and best practice
- Support and advise care staff on complex clinical needs
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams as required
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans

Essential Experience / Knowledge
Candidates must have experience and/or sound knowledge in the following areas:
- Suctioning
- PEG care and enteral feeding
- Laryngectomy care
- Tracheostomy care
- Epilepsy management
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (NMC registered : Adult or Learning Disabilities)
- Experience working with complex care needs
- Confident working independently and providing clinical guidance
- Available for the full contract period
