Job Opportunity for Registered Nurse

Are you a highly skilled, adaptive and enthusiastic Registered Nurse with proven post-registration experience, looking for an opportunity to develop your skills, experience, and clinical knowledge across multiple specialties?

About the Role

This role is only suitable for nurses already registered with the NMC with previous general acute experience.

  • Permanent NHS Position: With the opportunity to team rostering.
  • Flexible Schedule: Request as many or as little of your off-duty hours as you like (typically 70-80% of these will be approved).
  • Choose Your Shifts: From available long days and nights.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Bures team, a team of experienced professionals who provide vital support across both Colchester and Ipswich hospitals. This dynamic role covers all adult clinical specialties, responding to ward escalation and operational demands to ensure wards and departments receive the support they need when they need it.

This unique position offers you the chance to develop your knowledge, broaden your expertise, and gain accelerated experience across multiple specialties, empowering you to thrive in any situation and provide you with a stepping stone to future promotion.
