Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse for the Chemotherapy Unit
We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse for the Chemotherapy Unit who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS. You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care.
Are you keen to be part of the Isle of Wight Cancer Care team and become a Band 5 Registered Nurse in the Chemotherapy Unit?
You will become part of a small, dynamic team working in a fast-paced unit providing treatment for patients.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, innovative, and forward-thinking registered nurse with demonstrable registration experience in this field.
- Ideally, experience in the Oncology and Haematology setting and be competent in administration of Chemotherapy and Intravenous therapies.
- Cannulation and venepuncture skills are essential.
- Adaptive professional approach as you will deal with sensitive information.
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate and committed to patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a multi-professional team.
