About The Role
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within a supportive and professional environment. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
- Monitor patient vital signs and observe changes in condition, reporting significant findings to the medical team promptly
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to prescribed protocols and safety standards
- Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care instructions
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Uphold infection control procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse qualification recognised by the relevant regulatory body
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient support
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Organised with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare standards

Pay: £19.00-£21.00 per hour
