We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) to join our growing healthcare team in Wales. If you are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Administer medications safely in accordance with NMC guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Support patients and their families with dignity and respect.

Requirements
- Current NMC registration with a valid PIN.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to high standards of patient care.
- Previous experience in a hospital, care home, or community setting is desirable but newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply (if applicable).
