Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: West Midlands
Job Type: Flexible Hours
Pay Rate: GBP 22.00 to GBP 26.00 per hour (depending on experience and assignment)
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team across the West Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
- Monitor and record patients' conditions and report concerns promptly.
- Develop and maintain person-centred care plans.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Promote patient dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Adhere to NMC guidelines, safeguarding requirements, and professional standards.

Essential Requirements
- Valid NMC Registration (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, or Children's Nurse).
- Previous nursing experience is essential.
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Flexible and reliable approach to working hours.

Desirable Requirements
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) Training
- Experience within mental health, learning disability, nursing home, supported living, or acute care settings.
- Up-to-date clinical competencies.
