Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver fast-paced, high-quality patient care in the Nursing Department.
  • Taking vital signs, recording medical histories, conducting physical exams and evaluating clinical urgency.
  • Administer medications and treatments following safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Guide and reassure patients and family members in high-stress situations.

Requirements

  • Education: GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or BSN.
  • Experience: 3+ years of recent post-registration experience in Nursing Sector. (UK Experience is highly desirable)
  • Active registration or education in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, or Jamaica (required for Cayman Islands Nursing Council registration).
  • Certifications: BLS required (ACLS/PALS strongly preferred).
  • Skills: Fluent English, strong clinical assessment skills, and proficiency with EMR systems.
